God did not allow to eat meat,

 no even to animals or birds.

God ordered living beings to be vegetarians.

I have provided all kinds of grain and all kinds of fruit for you to eat.

Holy Bible Genesis 1:30

To every beast of the earth . To every Bird of the sky, to every thing that moves on the earth watch has life. I have given every green plant for food.

This proves that the order to eat meat is not from God.
