Kabir Prakat Diwas Not Jayanti
Lord Kabir never takes birth from a mother's womb, which is why, we celebrate his Prakat Diwas. Lord Kabir tells about his manifestation as-

The one who Descends and appears by himself, the word birth anniversary is not used to denote his manifestation
Lord Kabir appears an a lotus flower in the form of a infant in every yuga, which is why, Prakat Diwas is celebrated for his appearance.
